İlandan Önce is a directory of Türkiye's largest companies, compiled from official rankings. Apply to the company you want to work for from your own email, before a job is even advertised; and alongside that, note what you achieve in your current job so you walk into your performance review with the evidence.

The company directory is open to everyone. Contacts, sending and tracking come with membership at 10 TL / month.

Write before the job is advertised

Don't wait for the advert. Pick the company you want to work for from the directory, write to the right person from your own email, and track it all in one place.

  • A company directory compiled from official rankings
  • Send from your own email; replies come to you
  • Track saved → applied → interview → offer
At work

Don't forget what you do at work

Note what you do at work, the good and bad things you go through, and promotions at your company, with dates. Before your performance review, gather it all with the evidence.

  • My Logbook: entries with evidence, tags and measures
  • Promotion and organisation analysis, your project ideas
  • A deterministic meeting note, downloadable as a PDF

Yours alone: nobody, administrators included, can see it, and its content never goes to AI.

How it works

Start your job search with the right company, not an open position.

  1. 01

    Pick your company

Filter the directory, compiled from the İSO, Fortune, Capital, TİM and TOBB rankings, by sector, city and size. Save the ones that suit you.

  2. 02

Write to the right person from your own email

See HR and department managers. Fill in the template, preview it and send it. The email goes from your address and replies come to you.

  3. 03

    Track everything in one place

See whom you wrote to and when, who replied and what stage you're at. Gather your notes before an interview.

Skip the job boards. Apply on your own terms.

What can you do?

Company directory

Companies compiled from official rankings; see where each one ranked on which list, year by year.

Send from your own email

Connect your Google or Microsoft account without entering a password. The emails you send stay in your own Sent folder.

Application tracking

Saved, applied, interview, offer, rejected. See at a glance which stage you're at with each company.

My Logbook

Note what you do at work and the good and bad things you go through, with dates. No more trying to remember once a year.

Performance review note

Turn the entries in your logbook into a short, focused meeting note, section by section, and download it as a PDF.

Your records stay with you

Your logbook's content never goes to AI; the meeting note is produced by rules. Nobody, administrators included, can see it.

One plan, 10 TL / month

Browsing the directory is free. Reaching contacts, sending and tracking require membership. You can stop whenever you like.

10 TL / month

  • The full company directory, with contacts
  • Send from your own email: 20 messages a day (10 via the portal)
  • CV link and templates
  • Application tracking
  • My Logbook: add evidence, tags and measures
  • Meeting note and PDF export

Let's be clear about data

Only corporate and public data

The directory holds companies' corporate contact channels and manager details compiled from public sources. Personal email addresses, personal phone numbers and home addresses aren't kept.

Your email stays yours

Messages are sent through your own account. We don't ask for your password; you grant permission on Google's or Microsoft's own consent screen and can revoke it at any time.

You're in control of your data

When you sign up, you read the KVKK privacy notice and give explicit consent. Your logbook and notes are private to you; you can delete your account and all your data in one step.

For details, see the KVKK privacy notice and the privacy policy.

Frequently asked questions

How is my email sent?

If you connect your Google or Microsoft account, the email goes straight from your address and lands in your own Sent folder. Replies come to you. If you use another email provider, the email goes from the portal's address, with your name as the sender and your address as the reply-to.

Do you need my password?

No. Connecting happens on Google's and Microsoft's own consent screens. We only get permission to send email on your behalf; we don't read your mailbox. You can revoke the permission at any time.

Where is my CV kept?

You have two options. Upload your CV and generate a private link, or give us your own Google Drive link. We don't attach files to emails; the message contains only the link. You can renew or close the link at any time.

Which companies are included?

Companies compiled from the İSO 500, İSO Second 500, Fortune 500 Türkiye, Capital 500, TİM Top 1000 Exporters, TOBB Türkiye 100 and Deloitte Technology Fast 50 lists. Companies that lead their sector but don't appear on the lists are also being added.

How often is the directory updated?

The lists are published annually; when a new edition comes out it's added to the directory. Company contact details are checked continuously, and addresses that bounce are flagged.

How many emails can I send?

20 a day. The limit is there to protect your account's reputation. Sending hundreds of messages in a row leads email providers to restrict the account.
