Start your job search with the right company, not an open position.

With İlandan Önce you find Türkiye's largest companies in the directory, write to the right person at the company from your own email, and track the process in one place. Here's how it works in five steps; browsing the directory is free, contacts and sending come with membership at 10 TL / month.

1. Find your company in the directory

The directory is made up of companies compiled from official rankings. You filter by sector, city, headcount and which list they appear on. Each company's page shows its ranking history, size, careers page and company strength score.

  • Sector, city and size filters
  • Companies on more than one list stand out
  • Year-by-year ranking history on the company page

2. Choose the right person

As a member you see the company's HR and department managers. Each person shows whether the address is verified or estimated: an estimated address is derived from the company's email pattern, or, if the pattern is unknown, from the most common format (firstname.surname). You can also choose the company's corporate HR address.

  • Badges for verified, estimated and bounced addresses
  • Companies that don't accept email applications point you to their careers page
  • Report a bounced address and the directory corrects itself

3. Send from your own email

You connect your Google or Microsoft account without entering a password. You fill in the template, preview it and send it. The message goes from your address, lands in your own Sent folder, and replies come to you.

  • Templates with variables: company, name, title, CV link
  • 20 messages a day with your own account, 10 via the portal; 90 seconds apart
  • Your CV isn't attached as a file; a private link is shared

4. Track the process

Every message you send lands on your applications board. You update the status: applied, interview, offer, rejected. When you mark someone who replied, their address in the directory becomes verified.

  • Application status per company
  • Mark replies and bounces
  • You can also add applications made through careers pages

5. Prepare for your review

You note what you do at work in your logbook, with dates. Before a performance review you choose the period and produce a short, focused meeting note, section by section, and download it as a PDF.

  • Projects, contributions, benefits, good and bad moments, expectations, next steps
  • Add evidence, tags and measures
  • PDF or Markdown output in seven sections

Frequently asked questions

How is my email sent?

If you connect your Google or Microsoft account, the email goes straight from your address and lands in your own Sent folder. Replies come to you. If you use another email provider, the email goes from the portal's address, with your name as the sender and your address as the reply-to.

Do you need my password?

No. Connecting happens on Google's and Microsoft's own consent screens. We only get permission to send email on your behalf; we don't read your mailbox. You can revoke the permission at any time.

Where is my CV kept?

You have two options. Upload your CV and generate a private link, or give us your own Google Drive link. We don't attach files to emails; the message contains only the link. You can renew or close the link at any time.

Which companies are included?

Companies compiled from the İSO 500, İSO Second 500, Fortune 500 Türkiye, Capital 500, TİM Top 1000 Exporters, TOBB Türkiye 100 and Deloitte Technology Fast 50 lists. Companies that lead their sector but don't appear on the lists are also being added.

How often is the directory updated?

The lists are published annually; when a new edition comes out it's added to the directory. Company contact details are checked continuously, and addresses that bounce are flagged.

How many emails can I send?

20 a day. The limit is there to protect your account's reputation. Sending hundreds of messages in a row leads email providers to restrict the account.
