İlandan Önce is a directory that compiles Türkiye's largest companies from official rankings and lets job seekers write to the right person from their own email before a job is advertised. It's a product of Bumba Life, part of Bumba Group.
For most people, job hunting goes the same way. You go to job sites, set up filters, apply to the adverts that come up, and wait. You don't know whether your application was even read.
Yet you know which company you want to work for. Reaching out directly, instead of waiting for that company to advertise, often gets results faster. The problem is that it's hard to find out whom to contact and how.
That's exactly what this product solves. We compile Türkiye's largest companies from official rankings and gather each company's corporate application channels and publicly listed managers. You choose the company, write from your own email address, and track the process in one place.

What we're careful about
The directory holds only public and corporate data: the company's details, plus the names, titles and work addresses on the company's own domain of managers listed in public sources. We don't collect employees' private email addresses, mobile numbers or home addresses. If a manager wants to be removed from the directory, we remove them in one step.
Messages are sent through your own account. That matters both so replies come straight to you and so the message feels personal. We deliberately keep the daily sending limit low; the aim isn't mass messaging but writing a proper message to the right company.
