Distance Sales Contract

In this contract, the "Seller":

The İlandan Önce member who gives their name, phone number and billing address on the payment form and their email address in their account (the "Buyer" in this contract).

This contract sets out the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the sale and performance of the monthly İlandan Önce membership the Buyer buys electronically at ilandanonce.com, under Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Regulation on Distance Contracts.

The service is one month of İlandan Önce membership; its scope is set out in the Preliminary Information Form and the Terms of Use.

The price is the monthly membership fee shown on the payment page; the amount shown is the total to be paid.

Payment is taken by card in a single charge on the secure payment screen of the payment institution PayTR. Card details never reach the Seller.

The Seller opens the membership in the Buyer's account as soon as PayTR confirms the payment. Membership lasts one month and does not renew automatically. A payment made while membership is running adds one month to the end of the remaining period.

The service is provided electronically; there is no shipping or delivery.

Within 30 days of the payment date, you can ask for a refund without giving any reason and without paying any penalty. This period is longer than the statutory 14-day withdrawal period and includes it.

Just write to bilgi@bumbagroup.com from your account's email address. Within 14 days of receiving your request at the latest, we refund the full amount to the card used for the payment; how long it takes to appear on your card depends on your bank.

The membership period added by the refunded payment ends with the refund.

The Seller provides the service in line with the Terms of Use and tries to fix any technical fault that prevents the service within a reasonable time.

The Buyer uses the service in line with the Terms of Use and enters accurate information on the payment form.

In a dispute, you can apply to the consumer arbitration committee where you live or where you bought the service, within the monetary limits set each year by the Ministry of Trade, or to the consumer court above those limits.

By ticking the consent box on the payment form and starting the payment, the Buyer confirms electronically that they have read and accept the Preliminary Information Form and this contract. The contract is formed when the payment is confirmed.

A copy of the contract and the Preliminary Information Form is sent to the Buyer's email address when the payment is confirmed; the text is also always available at ilandanonce.com/en/mesafeli-satis-sozlesmesi. The Buyer's consent is recorded with the date, version, IP address and browser information.
