Terms of Use

İlandan Önce is a directory listing companies in Türkiye and a tool that lets you send applications to these companies from your own email address. It is not a job board or a recruitment agency; we are not a party to any hiring process.

Membership costs 10 TL per month. You can browse the company directory without being a member. Contacts, sending and application tracking are open to members; the logbook and organisation analysis are open to everyone who logs in.

You can end your membership at any time. Your access continues until the end of the period.

When you use the sending feature, you agree to the following.

• You write under your real identity and for your own career purposes.
• You don't write to the same person again and again at short intervals; the system blocks this anyway.
• You don't send bulk marketing, advertising or promotional content; your message is your own job application.
• You don't try to exceed the daily sending limit.

If the rules are broken, the bounce rate is high or there are complaints, we may suspend your account. On a suspended account sending stops, but you keep access to your data.

You are responsible for the content you enter in the logbook and organisation analysis areas. When you enter information about your colleagues in these areas, you agree to the following.

• You have a valid legal ground under the KVKK for the personal data you process.
• You act in a way that is limited to the purpose and proportionate, and don't enter more information than necessary.
• You don't enter special categories of personal data (health, religion, trade union membership and similar).
• You assess for yourself the legal consequences of sharing your employer's trade secrets or documents covered by a confidentiality obligation.

The information in the directory is compiled from public sources such as company websites, public pages and the search engine result titles of LinkedIn profiles; its accuracy and currency are not guaranteed. Addresses marked "Estimated" are derived from the person's first name and surname: with the company's email pattern if it is known, otherwise by assuming the firstname.surname format. These addresses may not be the person's real address and may bounce. Bounced messages can affect the sender reputation of your own email account. A bounced address is marked "Bounced" and removed from sending. We are not responsible for the outcome of your application.
