Cancellation, Refund and Delivery Terms

İlandan Önce membership is a digital service; there is no physical product, no shipping and no delivery cost.

Membership opens in your account the moment PayTR confirms the payment and lasts one month; you can see the end date on your dashboard.

Membership does not renew automatically. If you don't pay again at the end of the period, membership simply ends; you don't need to cancel anything. Free areas such as My Logbook stay available after membership ends.

Within 30 days of the payment date, you can ask for a refund without giving any reason and without paying any penalty. This period is longer than the statutory 14-day withdrawal period and includes it.

Just write to bilgi@bumbagroup.com from your account's email address. Within 14 days of receiving your request at the latest, we refund the full amount to the card used for the payment; how long it takes to appear on your card depends on your bank.

The membership period added by the refunded payment ends with the refund.
